Mystic Mantra: Why worries come true

Regular meditation also helps in controlling mind and turning it positive

There was a lady doctor, who, while leaving home for clinic everyday, would get a thought that she may meet with an accident and almost everyday either she would hit somebody or somebody would hit her car. Another child, during his exams, used to think that he might forget all that he studied and make silly mistakes while answering the question paper. He experienced that the exact same thing would happen during his exams.

Many people had experienced that whatever they were worried or scared of came true. Whatever they did not want to happen happened.

Whatever situation they wanted to avoid practically appeared before them. Are these experiences mere a coincidence? Or is there any science or cosmic law working behind them?

Worry is actually a very powerful form of negative goal setting. Imagine each thought you think as a mental photograph. When you worry or fear about something, it is first exposed to your brain as a blurred image of an unfavourable situation. As you focus more and more on the worried situation, the image in your brain begins to develop more clearly and gets fully exposed like a picture clicked by a camera. This mental image then signals the sub-conscious mind as well as the cosmic forces to create a real-life situation as per the image. The sub-conscious mind influences the brain to act according to the worried situation and cosmic forces influence other people and push them to take all those actions that could bring the mental image into a real life situation. In this process coincidences get created making us believe that it was sheer coincidence that worried situation came true.

One needs to be careful of one’s thoughts, imagination and feelings. They should not be negative and should not be allowed to focus on something which you don’t want, otherwise you actually strengthen the neural networks containing the image of that something which you don’t want and land up with it.

To avoid unconscious negative goal setting, we must stop worrying and fearing anything which we don’t want and, instead, direct our mental focus on those things, situations and circumstances which we want. One should never focus on anything which we don’t want.

Whenever you cannot stop or overcome your worries and fears, offer them at the feet of God and ask Him to take care of them as you are incapable of handling your worries. Have faith in God and His ability to handle your situation better than you. Accept whatever happens in life as a gift from Him.

Regular meditation also helps in controlling mind and turning it positive. Through meditative process we can practise positive visualisation and signal the sub-conscious mind as well as the cosmic forces of our desire to have favourable situations in life.
